Pre-register for
PolyCon XXVII for $30:

      You can help us by volunteering to be a GM! We need people to help us run games, because that is what PolyCon is all about. Gamers running games for others to play in. And to encourage you to help us, we're offering a GM refund.

      That's right, we said refund. GM's who run game sessions at the convetion will be given refunds if their games are run, up to a maximuum of $20. However, in order to qualify for this refund, you must pre-register for the convention and pre-register your game. You can do this by sending us a GM Registration form (which you can obtain by mailing us and asking for a copy), or by sending us e-mail with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Game system you wish to run a game in
  • Game Title
  • Description of adventure
  • Game Level
  • Player Expertise (Novice, Journeyman, Master, Grandmaster)
  • Game emphasis for
    • Roleplaying
    • Combat
    • Puzzles
    • Other
  • Minimum and maximum number of players
  • Preferred time slot
    • Friday - afternoon, evening, late night
    • Saturday - morning, afternoon, evening, late night
    • Sunday - morning

Uncle Poly Wants You

      If you'd like to run a game, but don't wish to create your own adventure, let us know, and we'll see if we can get a con staff member to write up an adventure for you. Also, we will need GMs for the tournaments being written by staff members. Just let us know you want to run a staff-written tournament.

      Last, but not least, we can always use your help in organizing and running the convention. We have meetings every Wednesday night during the school quarter, at 8:00 p.m., in Building 8, in room 121. To reiterate, that's 8-121.
